MBT, Masai Barefoot Technology, are they working?
Has anyone tried a pair of MBT sneakers? I heard of them and hear how they can help relieve back and leg pain, but they are so expensive, I wonder if anyone thinks they work before I am certain. I have low arches in my feet and have lax joints, so there is too much movement in my joints when I walk. Is Does anyone know if these shoes could help me? Thank you
