Does anyone have MBT (Masai Barefoot Technology) trainers?
Do you know if you can run on a treadmill with the coaches? Are just for walking? Thank you!
hiya, yep I've got! you can run in some – but not others! ive ones can work for you in, apparently the plant are the same, but the top is different and you need support to be able to run! if you havent already bought everything, if Please please please do not buy without them mounted! Scholl sell them, but they do not know how to install! and all Prices are standard in any case! Go to a specialist MBT! because they do not like normal shoes! Moreover, they only comes with 2 types of pin! they evaluate your feet, then tell you who will be the best center for your foot type, then in this range you can run it! installer you will first learn to walk, (it feels very strange!) and once you get the hang of it, you can run! its bleeding so complicated! but I tell you, they are brilliant! I do recommend! Get Em but equipped! Good luck and have fun! x
