What type of shoes are the best tonic?
Reebok and Skechers? Are there others?
Recently, Dr. Oz was toning shoes on his show and had the audience decide whether they worked or not. The experts were surprised the audience by saying they do anything for the legs or feet, in fact, some of them regard them as dangerous as they cause the user to be out of balance. Even Dr. Oz was surprised! He wears them in the operating room. I have friends who swear by them, but I will listen to experts and keep my $ 100 + and buy something good (Regular) walking shoes.
